In late 2011 Dock4 officially launched their Melbourne office. This office is headed by Richard Brenchley as a development of the Hobart based practice, to service primarily government, hospitality and private residential clients in Victoria.

Richard is a practice associate of Dock4 and an industry recognized expert in the design of multi-purpose facilities for children and families. This expertise is benchmarked against national and international research. 

Richard has over 25 years of industry experience as a Design Architect, Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. 

The small extension utilises green hardwood timber as cladding replicating the cladding techniques of the heritage listed home formely used as a workers cottage by Cadbury's.
